Wow! The book looks terribly interesting. Unfortunately, we, Rupee-earners have to multiply every dollar x 40+ and thus the price goes beyond our reach. About the downloadable pdf e-book, what does it cost? Is there some way, to get at least detailed info topics of our interest?
